Eating plenty of veggies:

Broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, cauliflower and brussel sprouts help to eliminate harmful toxins from the body.

Less Alcohol:

There is a reason you get called ‘intoxicated’ when you have had a few too many glasses of bubbles – its because alcohol essentially is TOXIC! Don’t get me wrong we love poppin’ bottles with the girls, but if you are looking to detoxify your body, you should really look at laying off the grog for a little bit.

Get your antioxidant on:

This includes soft drink, baked treats and lollies and replace these with whole foods such as raw nuts, wholegrain foods, avocados, organic chicken, fish and free range eggs during the period that you are detoxing for.

Start your day with warm water and squeezed lemon:

This helps flush out the toxins and alkalizes the bod. Another option is apple cider vinegar and water to start your day off right.
