Hi girls! We just wanted to share a few tips with you all today about how you can stay motivated with your fitness and health.
We know with the cold weather, the dark mornings and the rain it can sometimes be a bit hard to find the motivation to go and exercise!

1. Your goal / why needs to be bigger than your excuse
2. Schedule your workouts like they are important meetings with your bosses. You cant cancel on your boss!! Fail to plan and you plan to fail.
3. Find a workout buddy, join a group training program, get a personal trainer! Someone that will meet you at your session. Its easier to find an excuse than it is to find a reason to be active. Your workout buddy will help keep you accountable!
