Are you a Mum on the Northern Beaches that is wanting to get fit & socialise with other fun, positive, like-minded mamas? Our 8 Week Mums and Bub’s Group Training Program is the perfect kick start to getting that pre baby body back!
Our sessions are located in our ZCF HIIT Studio in Cromer and are tailored for all ages and fitness levels. So whether you are a new mum, or a mum with a 2 year old, our classes are completely post natal safe, and the best part of all, can be modified to suit any intensity.
The sessions include body weighted exercises with light weights, with a combination of boxing & cardio. And the best part of all, every session is different! We also incorporate the babies into specific exercises, which is a great way to keep them entertained throughout the class!
We have limited spots available due to our smaller class size so we can monitor our mums’ techniques and postures, so please make a booking to secure your spot!
