One of our favourite ways to reduce mild muscle tension in our bodies is by foam rolling. Not only does foam rolling relieve mild body aches and pains but can offer a number of other fantastic health benefits.



Regularly using a Foam Roller – especially a deep tissue massage roller – offers many of the same benefits as a sports massage, including reduced inflammation, scar tissue and joint stress, as well as improved circulation and improved flexibility.

Regularly rolling pre and post workout will mean you will help prepare your muscles for the workout ahead and also help with post muscle recovery. Once you start rolling we know you will wonder how you ever performed your workouts without it.


– It can help reduce cellulite: 

Increased blood flow can help with the removal of toxins in the muscles – meaning that it can help reduce the appearance of cellulite.

-Helps relieve muscle tension: 

Perfect after a hard work out! (However we do recommend seeing a health care professional for any muscle pain or issues!)

Foam rolling increased blood flow to your muscles, which improves the delivery of oxygen during your workout.

We recommend foam rolling after every workout and sometimes even before a workout if we are feeling a little bit tight. Try foam rolling before each ZCF session this round and your muscles will thank you for it.
