Active where? Our favourite places to get sweaty in Spring!

It’s Spring, the sun is shining for longer, the days are warmer and the grass is greener – you really have no excuse for getting out there and enjoying it!

Spring Motivation – ZCF HIIT

When we aren’t hustling hard in the ZCF HIIT Studio, here are a few of our favourite places to get sweaty outside on the Northern Beaches in Spring!

Dee Why Beach Headland

This track is one of our all time favourites! Not only do you get a view of the gorgeous dee why beach, but the track leads you all around to breath taking views of Curl Curl Beach! Talk about amazing!

Barrenjoey Head Lighthouse walk:

This walk is one of our favourite places to go when the weather starts warming up. Not only is the view from the top breathtaking, but we love a cheeky avocado on toast and fresh juice from The Boathouse at the bottom ☺ This walk gets super busy on weekends, so try get up there early!

Long Reef Headland:

Long Reef is one of our favourite tracks because we can bring our puppies with us! The pups can run free and there are some stunning spots to check out the scenery as well. One loop around is a killer 3.5km’s, so its the perfect track to grab a cup of coffee with a friend, or smash out a fast paced run!

Narrabeen Lake:

An 8.4km track, this one is perfect for joggers, cyclists and mothers with prams. There are some gorgeous sites to see along the way and is another walk that is puppy friendly ☺

Spit to Manly:

Not for the faint-hearted this is a decent walk but trust me, is worth it at the end! Make a day of it with friends; see the stunning coastline in all its glory and reward yourself with a delicious Acai bowl at Manly Bowls or a nutritious lunch at Dolce Terra in Manly at the end!

Bondi to Bronte:

I’m sure you have heard of this iconic walk before, and for good reason. This eastern suburbs gem is a well known area for spotting whales and dolphins and you may even catch the sight of some the Insta famous on your travels as well!
