Timed intervals of boxing, weights and tabata all rolled into one sweaty 45-minute session. This is our idea of heaven! Here are a few reasons why you need to try our brand new class, fire!

Sweat city:

This class is the ultimate fat burner and after sweating it out, you will know why! This session consists of a line of fire circuit that will have your body burning fat… FAST! This class has been specifically programmed with boxing, strength training and high intensity cardio stations, designed to elevate your heart rate and boost your metabolism in quick and efficient 45-second intervals.

Best of both worlds:

Want to improve your boxing hooks and uppers? Beat your dead lift PB or get one more burpee out in that 45-second interval? But can’t fit 3 different sessions in this week? This class caters for cardio, boxing and strength moves all in one. So you can get all of these varieties of workouts into the one, killer class.

It is seriously fun:

What could be more fun than jamming out to some of the latest tunes with your besties? Sweating it out, toning up and burning calories of course! This class is quick, loud and seriously fun. Enjoy burning some calories and improving your health and fitness, whilst enjoying some of the latest hits and smashing it out with 20 of your favourite sweat sisters!

So how do I reserve my spot?

Simple! Log onto the ZCF app and book into the FIRE classes on Monday nights 6.30pm and Tuesday mornings at 6.15am. But be quick! These classes are guaranteed to book out EVERY.SINGLE.WEEK!
