Meet our ZCF Babe Brylie!

She has recently just achieved some amazing results training with us, so we thought it was about time you met her and heard her story!


Training Results – ZCF HIIT

When I first moved to the Northern Beaches, I needed a place to exercise.

So I joined the local gym, Fitness First and was training on my own for a few months! I was doing weight training about 4-5 times a week and wasn’t seeing any results. My motivation was lacking, and I actually hated going to the gym.

I then realised, something needs to change and I came across ZCF on Google! Being new to the area, I really wanted to find a place that I could train at, but also meet new friends and find a community that I could be apart of.

Since training with ZCF I have lost 5 kilos, and have seen more results in 6 months than I had in the past 3 years.

I currently do around 5-6 classes a week, and I actually LOVE training now! The girls are all so amazing and motivate each other everyday. I’m so so glad I found ZCF xx?
