Q & A WITH KATE

What motivated you to start your fitness and health Journey?
Before training with ZC Fitness, I was 25 kilos heavier and ate alot of chocolate and chips. I would literally roll out of bed everyday and this would be the first thing that I ate. I had no self confidence and was really lost and unhappy.

Something that really motivated me to take the next step, was just reaching out to Zanna Cox Fitness on Facebook. I was tired of feeling low and decided it was about time I changed it. Once I got in contact with ZCF, I organised a session and it wasn’t so daunting after all. It was actually an amazing experience and the session was completely tailored to where I was at.

What did you love most about starting your training with Zanna Cox Fitness?

I loved how ZCF tailored the sessions to suit me, with where I was at.
It made the experience so much more enjoyable and I actually looked forward to every session! And still do – 3 years on.

What advice do you have for someone thats just starting out?
Just take the step, the ZCF girls and Coaches are so motivating and supportive. Its not just a place you come for a workout, its a community. I promise you wont regret it.

Cant recommend the ZCF HIIT Studio highly enough!
